Added it for a month and did not see any extra reps or training volume. At least it is cheap, but I expected more given the hype.
What are you actually taking?
What brands worked for you?
Gave me stomach issues instead of helping cramps. Sleep did not improve either. The glycinate form was gentler than citrate, but still not gentle enough.
Bloodwork went from 18 to 22 ng/mL after three months, which is still low. Caught the same cold as everyone in my office. Underwhelmed.
Felt calmer for the first week, then it seemed to wear off. Also made me unusually tired in the mornings. Sticking with lifestyle changes instead.
Gave it a solid six weeks. Brain fog is still there most afternoons and I did not notice any real focus boost. Might work for others, but not for me.
Had high hopes for winter mood support. Felt the same low days as previous years and it upset my stomach. Would not recommend.
Tried it for three months. My lipid panel barely moved and I still got fishy burps even when I kept the bottle in the fridge. Probably will not reorder.
Took it for libido and morning energy. Did not notice much by week three, and it made me restless at night even when I cycled it. Stopped.
Took one capsule before bed for a month. Bloating improved slightly, but I also got more gas and occasional cramping. Stopped after week five.
Sleep scores on my watch barely changed. Felt groggy the next morning a few times. Not the magic sleep stack people claim.
Used it in my coffee every morning for two months. My knees still ache after leg day and I noticed no difference in skin or hair. Disappointing for the price.
Smells terrible and I did not notice my chest feeling any clearer on runs. Recovery from colds feels the same. Would not buy again.
Labs came up slightly for B12 and folate, but I can get that from a cheaper B-complex. Did not feel any day-to-day difference.
Took it daily for two months for screen strain. Eye burning is about the same, though night glare might be slightly reduced. Hard to say if it is placebo.
Less social burnout on busy weeks. I actually have the energy to see friends after work instead of collapsing. Skip it after noon or sleep suffers.
Six months in and I still had one urinary irritation episode. It might help a little, but it is not the cheap insurance I was hoping for.
Four months and my nails are still peeling. Hair thickness is unchanged. Save your money or talk to a dermatologist first.
Was hoping for allergy relief. Sinus pressure is maybe a little better on mild days, but high-pollen days are just as bad. Not worth the cost in my experience.
Dentist said it might help my gums. Bleeding when flossing is unchanged after two months. Pricey and I do not see a benefit.

I always get the feeling the next day when I wake up. I definitely notice my a huge improvement in testosterone and brain fog.
